Publications
Presented and high-quality selected papers will be considered for publication in a Scopus-indexed Open Access Journal. The publication process will commence with an editorial screening by the journal to assess the manuscript's suitability, scope, and quality. Papers that successfully clear this stage will proceed to a peer-review process coordinated by the Conference Technical Program Committee (TPC) and will be evaluated in accordance with the journal's review standards and acceptance criteria.
Article Processing Charge (APC): USD 100 per paper
The APC is payable only upon final acceptance of the paper by the journal.
The final decision regarding publication rests solely with the journal and is based on its editorial policies, peer-review outcomes, and quality requirements.
Important Notes
Submission of a manuscript for journal consideration does not guarantee publication. All papers will be subject to the journal's editorial screening, peer-review process, and final acceptance decision.
Papers that do not pass the journal's initial editorial screening may be considered for publication in the conference proceedings with a DOI, subject to satisfying the conference's review standards and publication requirements.
Acceptance for conference presentation does not automatically guarantee acceptance for journal publication. Journal publication remains subject to the independent evaluation and approval of the respective journal.
